New artwork strongly hints at the possibility.

A while ago Arrow’s executive producer Marc Guggenheim mentioned he thought chances were low for a Green Lantern to appear in the upcoming season of the show, mainly due to the announcement of a new Green Lantern movie.

Now Guggenheim has released artwork online that suggests otherwise:

Fans will instantly recognize that the text on the artwork refers to both Hal Jordan’s hometown and the Green Lantern Oath. Will the DC TV Universe get even bigger with a major character like Green Lantern thrown into the mix?

Season four of Arrow premieres on Wednesday, October 7th on the CW.
