The improvements that went into the USFIV Steam Beta branch have been moved over and now are live in the main branch.

Though its release on PC gave players another platform to test their skills on, Ultra Street Fighter IV’s arrival on Steam was welcomed with a number of issues, amongst them poor netcode that made it difficult to participate in online matches without it becoming a frustrating and stuttering match. As part of Capcom and Valve’s continued effort to correct these problems, the folks over at Capcom recently implemented some brand new netcode changes in the Steam Beta client. These changes have now become accessible for all Steam users.

Many users in the Pc community have reported that the patch has improved their online experience, so download the patch and play against the constantly growing PC fighting game scene.
