Two decades after its first iteration, SoulCalibur VI returns to its roots while bringing brand-new gameplay features to the fight. Travel through the signature 16th century stages and experience the struggle for the two legendary swords using a complete roster of returning iconic SoulCalibur characters, along with some newcomers!
SoulCalibur has never looked more dynamic or dramatic, intensified with eye-popping graphics powered by Unreal Engine 4. Check out the game’s announcement trailer below:
As part of Sony’s PlayStation Experience 2017 Opening Celebration, a number of trailers and videos for upcoming games were shown. One of these videos featured the first actual gameplay from Bandai Namco’s upcoming SoulCalibur VI.
The footage showed the two confirmed fighters, Mitsurugi and Sophitia in action against each other. Now some of the footage isn’t exactly new, bits of it can bee seen playing in the background of Bandai Namco’s official website. Check out the video below:
SoulCalibur VI is officially revealed to be released for PS4, and during the Playstation Experience 2017 they were able to talk to the game’s producer to find out about the brand new Reversal Edge mechanic and watch some brand new gameplay:
